Peter F. Ferracuti

Since 1983, Attorney Peter F. Ferracuti has been listed in several editions of the national publication, "Best Lawyers in America", being 1 of only 18 civil litigation attorneys similarly recognized from the State of Illinois in that publication. Attorney Peter F. Ferracuti has had extensive experience in the labor law field, currently representing several unions. The major clientele of his firm are working people, with the firm essentially representing individuals rather than corporations or insurance companies. He is an active member of the American Association for Justice, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Workers' Compensation Lawyers of America.

Attorney Peter F. Ferracuti graduated in the upper 3% of his class from the University of Illinois, School of Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a double major in Political Science and Psychology. Thereafter, he received his law degree from the University of Illinois Law School. Immediately thereafter, he was licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.

Attorney Peter F. Ferraucti is a life member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This honor is limited to Attorneys who have won multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.

Attorney Peter F. Ferracuti is married to Janis Ferracuti and is the father of three children.

Alexis P. Ferracuti

Born and raised in Ottawa, Illinois, Alexis is a LaSalle County native who joined the Law Offices of Peter F. Ferracuti, P.C in September of 2014. She concentrates in representing clients in civil litigation and workers' compensation matters.

Alexis received her J.D. from New England Law|Boston in Boston, Massachusetts and she received her B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois.

During her third year of law school, Alexis served as a lieutenant governor for the First Circuit Law Student Division of the American Bar Association. She was also the academic co-chair of Phi Alpha Delta, a member of the Business Law Society, and a member of the Students Veterans Advocacy Group. Alexis also became an advocate for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and used her passion for helping others to lobby in Washington, DC for both public mental health rights and veterans' mental health treatment.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Peter Ferracuti, P.C., Alexis interned with the State of Massachusetts Human Resources Division doing both workers' compensation and employment law as well as with the Normal Cornbelters doing Sports law. She also interned with the Law Offices of Peter Ferracuti, P.C., doing both workers' compensation and personal injury law for several summers during college and law school.

Alexis has been admitted to the Illinois State Bar and to the General Bar for Northern District Of Illinois. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Womens' Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Travis Dunn

Travis dedicates his practice to protecting the rights of the injured through both Civil Litigation and Worker's Compensation claims. Although he grew up in northern Illinois, Travis has family ties to the Illinois Valley that go back generations.

Travis earned his J.D. at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in Indiana, he served on the Executive Board of the Protective Order Project, providing legal guidance for victims of domestic violence and abuse. He also served as an associate editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies.

Prior to law school, Travis attended the University of Miami, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude with a B.A. in Ecosystem Science and Policy/Political Science and a minor in Business Law.

Travis is admitted to the Illinois State Bar, and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.

Kendall E. Hodges

Kendall joined the Law Offices of Peter F. Ferracuti, P.C. in December of 2015. She is an Illinois Valley native having been born and raised in Peru, Illinois. Her practice focuses on Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury.

Kendall earned her J.D. from the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. While in law school, she interned for the Seventh Judicial Circuit State’s Attorney’s Office in St. John’s County, specifically the Homicide Investigation Unit. She also interned at the Fourth Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Duval County.

During her third year of law school, Kendall worked as a clinician for the Disability and Public Benefits Clinic at Florida Coastal, where she advocated on behalf of her clients on issues of disability, social security, Medicare and Medicaid benefits, and guardianships.

Prior to law school, Kendall attended the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa, where she received her B.A. in Political Science and Communication Studies.

Kendall is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Women’s State Bar Association.

Dennis Both

Dennis is an experienced litigator who concentrates his practice in civil litigation, as well as real estate, licensing and regulatory matters.

After graduating from Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law, Dennis began his career as a prosecutor, and has had a diverse and rich practice.

He has served as Corporation Counsel and Chief of Staff for one of the largest communities in the State of Illinois where he handled labor and employment disputes, civil rights, as well as administrative matters.

At his prior firm, during the real estate and financial market decline, he represented the largest residential condominium developer in the City of Chicago in hundreds of failed purchase disputes, obtaining verdicts/settlements in excess of $16,000,000 for his client.

During his career, he has appeared, and represented clients before licensing and administrative boards and commissions, tried matters to verdict in both circuit and federal courts and has argued before the Illinois Court of Appeals as well as the Federal Appellate Court.

Dennis is admitted to practice by the Illinois Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court for the Northern District Court of Illinois, and the Supreme Court of the United States, where the motion for his admission was presented by former Governor of the State of Illinois, James R. Thompson.
